Business Advertising Terms

The following additional terms apply to businesses that purchase advertising or listing services on the Website:

1. Interlink Digital Group Limited t/a Arranging a Funeral Company number 05431902 VAT number GB132978001.
2. The Company agrees to display the advertiser's listing details on the arrangingafuneral.co.uk website.
3. The client shall indemnify the Company against all claims in respect of any alleged infringement of copyright, trademark or design, or in respect of any passing off or slander of title arising in consequence of the exhibition of the advertisement.
4. Listing advertisements will run for 12 months from the date the advert goes live and will auto-renew unless cancelled by email to info@arrangingafuneral.co.uk at least 8 months prior to renewal. The price will remain the same upon renewal.
5. If payment is not made on the due date, the Company reserves the right to withdraw the advertisement. The client remains liable for the contractual value outstanding.
6. This agreement is capable of transfer or disposal by the Company (but not the advertiser) to any third party in whole or in part.
